费托合成中气体在液相石蜡中溶解度关联的研究

摘　　要：对小分子气体 （ Ｃ Ｏ、 Ｈ２ 、 Ｃ Ｏ２ 、 Ｃ Ｈ４ 、 Ｃ２ Ｈ４ 、 Ｃ２ Ｈ６ 等） 在费托合成 重质产物 （ 即石 蜡） 中的溶解度进行了关联。研究表明， Ｓ Ｒ Ｋ 方程经过适当的改进可以对这种溶质分子尺寸与溶剂分 子尺寸差别很大的极端情形进行定量描述。通过对文献中２９ 个与费托合成相关的二元体系 （ 共４０６ 组数据） 溶解度数据的回归， 得到了改进的 Ｓ Ｒ Ｋ 方程。该方程能够在蜡碳数范围为２０ ～６１ 的体系中使用； 在此范围内， 平均绝对偏差小于６ ％ 。而且， 适当的外推也不致于引起太大的误差。A new solubility correlation between small molecule gases(CO,H 2,CO 2,CH 4,C 2H 4,C 2H 6 etc.)and heavy bulk products (waxes)in Fischer Tropsch synthesis is presented here.It shows that original SRK EOS can,with proper modification,describe quantitatively the extreme cases that molecular size difference between gas solutes and liquid solvents is remarkalbe.By regressing experimental data of 29 binary systems (totally 406 data points),a modified SRK(MSRK)is obtained.MSRK can be applied to systems whose solvent carbon number ranges from 20 to 61,and its resulting average absolute deviation(AAD)is less than 6%.Furthermore, it is demonstrated that the modified version can also be extended with acceptable errors.
