摘  要:利用固态离子交换法制备含钼组分碱金属离子Y分子筛 ,红外光谱和X射线衍射表明碱金属离子的交换度随离子半径增大而变小。含钼组分分子筛催化剂显现出很高的合成醇选择性 ,且随碱金属离子碱性增加 ,高碳醇比例增加。The introduction of molybdenum component into the structure of Y-zeolite was accomplished via a solid-state reaction of MoO 3 with MHY(M=Li,K,Cs) under a reducing atmosphere of H 2 saturated with water vapor.MHY were also prepared by solid-state ion exchange between NH 4Y and respective chlorides in flowing N 2.It was found by infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction technique that X-ray diffraction gives rise to a minor amount of amorphous phase and the degrees of exchange decrease with the sizes of alkali cations .The properties of (M,Mo)Y upon sulfidation are different from those of K-Mo/γAl 2O 3,the former being of much higher selectivity for C 2+ OH alcohol formation in the hydrogenation of CO as the number and the size of alkali cations.
