摘　　要：介绍了用嫁接设备生产涤纶工业丝的设备特点,工艺流程,工艺条件及产品品质指标。对切片黏度,纺丝缓冷装置工艺条件,拉伸倍数,拉伸温度,卷绕速度等工艺条件对产品品质的影响进行了讨论。The equipment characteristics,technological process,process conditions and product indexes of using grafting equipment to produce PET industrial yarn was introduced.The effects of chip viscosity,process condions of spinning annealing device,drawing ratio,drawing temperature,winding speed on product quality were discussed.
