摘　　要：申克公司产品INTECONT PLUS是一种高精度、高速的质量减少的称量控制模块,可以用于各种减量式给料设备的称量控制应用。通过在固定时间间隔取得物料质量的变化,可以计算得出物料瞬时流量。PID控制器利用这个流量值来控制减量式给料设备的给料量。The product of Schenck company-INTECONT PLUS is a high precision,high-speed mass loss weighing control module which can be used in weighing control application of various kinds of mass loss feeding equipment.It can calculate the instantaneous flow of materials through getting the mass change in fixed time intervals.The PID controller use the flow rate to control the feeding amount of the mass loss feeding equipment.
