摘  要:采用手术方法在比格犬体内埋植探头,恢复后进行正常生理状态下体温、心率、血流动力学以及心电图间期指标的监测,观察模型的稳定性,建立生物遥测系统,并分析昼夜间各指标变化。结果显示:(1)比格犬的平均体温在36.2~37.1℃之间,且5周间各相同时间段内体温值相比没有明显差异(P>0.05)。(2)平均心率基本维持在60~80 bp之间,除第4周与第1周相比在8∶00时有差异外(P<0.05),其余全部没有明显差异(P>0.05)。(3)比格犬5周间各时间段的收缩压、舒张压相比基本上没有明显差异(P>0.05),且在24 h内各项指标基本维持相当水平,没有较大波动,平均值分别为144.59±3.11 mmHg和81.73±2.38 mmHg。(4)5周间心电图各间期指标相比均无明显差异(P>0.05)。(5)夜间的体温值高于白天;昼夜间的平均心率无明显差异;白天的血压值高于夜间的血压值(P<0.05);PR间期白天高于夜间(P<0.05);QT间期和QRS间期则无明显变化,基本维持稳定状态。因此,该研究成功地建立了比格犬生理遥测系统,方法重复性好、得到的数据真实,可使动物在无刺激的环境下得到更接近于正常生理指标的数据。Imbedding the sensor in beagles' body was developed for monitoring the temperature,heart rate,hemodynamics and electrocardiogram,then analysing the vary of those index between day and night.The result showed:(1) The average temperature of the beagle dog is 36.2~37.1 ℃,and it hasn't any difference(P0.05) in five weeks.(2) The average heart rate is between 60 and 80 bp,and it hasn't any difference(P0.05) except for week four vs.week one at 8 o'clock.(3) The systolic blood pressure(SBP) and diastolic blood pressure(DBP) haven't any difference at the same time among the five weeks(P0.05) too,it maintains the equal standard in 24 hours,and the average data were 144.59±3.11 mmHg and 81.73±2.38 mmHg separately.(4) The electrocardiogram hasn't any difference in five weeks.(5) The temperature at night were higher than the daytime,the average heart rate doesn't have any change.The blood pressure at the daytime was higher than it at night,also the PR interval.But the QT and QRS haven't any differences(P0.05).So,the development showed that telemetry has good repetition,objective data which was closed to the normal condition.
