论默顿的制度分析范式及其当代意义

摘　　要：默顿运用中观理论,以科学制度为重点,对社会制度进行了另类阐释。他分析了社会制度的正功能与负功能、显功能与潜功能,创造性地提出了潜功能的概念,并深刻地分析了社会问题是社会制度的衍生物,提出社会制度变迁的动因是越轨和失范。默顿的制度分析范式对当前中国的和谐社会建设有重要的现实意义。Taking scientific institution as the focus,Robert King Merton analyses social institutions uniquely by using Middle-range theory.He analyses several functions of social institution,such as positive function and negative one,manifest function and latent one.He advances the concept of latent function creatively and furthermore,analyses that social problem is one of the products of social institution.He states that both deviance and anomie are reasons of social institution change.Merton＇s institutional analysis has strong referential significance for us to build a harmonious society in China.
