P型活性染料用于棉织物印花的性能评价

摘　　要：为了评价P型活性染料用于棉织物印花性能,本文进行了该染料在棉织物上的印花实验,优化了实验条件,测试了印花布的各项色牢度、提升性和相对强度。结果表明:P型活性染料溶解度≥150 g/L,不溶物含量<0.2%,用于棉织物印花的最佳性能为白底沾色牢度4～5级、摩擦色牢度4～5级、皂洗色牢度4～5级、提升率100%、相对强度100%。The printing performances of P-type reactive dyes on cotton fabrics were evaluated by the printing experiments.The conditions were optimized,the fastness,build-up property and relative strength were determined.The results showed that the solubility of P-type reactive dyes≥150 g/L,the insoluble content 0.2%,white fabric staining was 4-5 grade,color fastness to crocking was 4-5,color fastness to soaping was 4-5,building up was 100%,relative strength was 100%.
