摘　　要：用高效液相色谱法测定了诺氟沙星胶囊的含量。采用岛津ShimpackODS色谱柱;0.1%(φ)磷酸溶液-甲醇 (体积比55∶25,含1%(φ)三乙胺 ,磷酸调pH2.7)为流动相;检测波长278nm;外标法定量 ,样品测定结果与药典的方法一致。该法快速、准确、可靠 ,结果满意。A HPLC method for the determination of norfloxacin capsules with a Shimpack-ODS column and a UV detector with wavelength at 278 nm is reported. A phosphoric acid solution(φ=0.1%)-methanol system(volume ratio 55∶25, containing 1%(φ)triethylamine, pH 2.7) was used as mobile phase. This method is rapid, reliable and accurate. The method was applied to the determination of practical samples with results in agreement with those obtained by USA pharmacopeial methods.
