摘 要:分别应用新型固色碱剂RS-3518和纯碱对活性染料浸染染色进行了试验,从染色深度K/S值、各项色牢度、上染速率的对比试验中,讨论了新型碱剂RS-3518在活性染料染色中代替纯碱作为固色剂的可行性,并通过正交试验找到优化的固色工艺。实践证明:碱剂RS-3518完全可以代替纯碱,可以获得与使用纯碱相当或更高的K/S值和染色牢度,且上色缓慢,起到匀染作用。The new alkali agent RS-3518 and soda ash were used in reactive dip dyeing respectively.The K/S values,fastnesses and dyeing rates were compared.The Feasibility of replacing soda ash with alkali agent RS-3518 in reactive dyeing was discussed and fixation process was optimized by orthogonal experiments.The results proved that soda ash could be replaced with alkali agent RS-3518 entirely;the K/S value,fastness was equal to that using soda ash or higher;dyeing rate was slow and worked levelling effect.
