摘　　要：ISA总线是工业标准总线架构,在工控领域中历史悠久,是最早的系统级总线。USB总线因其便捷的特性得到越来越广泛的应用,电子市场上带有USB接口的设备也越来越多,USB总线取代传统的老式接口必将成为一种趋势。首先介绍了USB总线和ISA总线的特点,然后重点介绍了基于CH375芯片设计转接卡时的设计原理、硬件设计、软件设计,最后介绍了该转接卡在工程上的具体应用。The ISA bus is industrial standard bus architecture, which survives a long time in the industrial area, is the first system-level bus. USB bus is more and more popular because of the convenient features that make its application extensively. USB interface equipments become more and more in the electronic market, USB bus replaces the traditional old-fashioned interface will become a trend. The paper introduces the USB bus and the ISA bus; then mainly introduces the design principle, hardware design and software design of the transfer cards based on CH375 chip： finally introduces the applications of adapter card in engineering.
