摘　　要：通过对淮北市水功能区基本情况的分析,利用一维水质模型的概化,分析了模型参数的确定方法,建立了河流纳污能力模型,定量计算出水功能区纳污能力。Based on the condition of water function area in Huaibei City and the simplified one-dimensional water quality mode,the river water environmental capacity model was established.And the method for determining the model parameters was analyzed.The water environmental capacity of a certain water function area can be calculated quantitatively.
