摘　　要：介绍了现有的防盐结块剂及防盐结块技术研究情况,重点介绍了新型防盐结块剂內消旋酒石酸亚铁盐,同时针对內消旋酒石酸亚铁盐的重要中间体內消旋酒石酸合成研究的进展进行了评述。This article introuduced the existing anticaking agent and technology for salt.Highlighted new anticaking agent ferrous mesotartaric acid.Meanwhile reviewed the progress of synthesis of important intermediate of the mesotartrate acid.
