摘 要:以四磺基铁酞菁(FeTSPc)作为过氧化物模拟酶催化H_2O_2与L-酪氨酸的荧光反应,建立了测定宽含量范围的H_2O_2及葡萄糖的方法.该法的线性范围为0.0~8.0×10^(-5)mol/LH_2O_2及0.0~2.O×10^(-4)mol/L葡萄糖,检测限分别为5.0×10^(-8)mol/L及6.0×10^(-8)mol/L将该反应与氧化酶催化反应偶联,测定人血清中葡萄糖的含量,取得了满意的结果.Iron(Ⅲ)-tetrasulfonatophthalocyanine (FeTSPc) has been synthesized and used as a mimetic peroxidase to the detennination of hydrogen peroxide and glucose based on its catalytic effect on the oxidation reaction of L-tynosine by hydrogen peroxide. Under optimum conditions, the calibration graphsfor the determination of hydrogen peroxide and glucose were linear over the ranges of 0.0-8.0×10-5mol/L H2O2 and 0.0-2.0×10-4 mol/L glucose, with detection limit of 5.0×10-8 mol/L H2O2 and6.0×10-8 mol/L glucose, respectively. Satisfactory results were obtained when the proposed methodcoupled with the catalysis of glucose oxidase was adopted in the determination of glucose in human sera.
