牛磺酸营养液对小鼠免疫功能影响的研究

摘　　要：目的研究牛磺酸营养液对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法随机将雄性小鼠分为正常对照组,免疫抑制模型组和牛磺酸营养液低、中、高剂量组。腹腔注射40 mg/kg环磷酰胺5次建立小鼠免疫抑制模型,观察不同剂量牛磺酸营养液对免疫抑制小鼠免疫器官、细胞免疫、体液免疫及单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。结果与模型组小鼠相比,牛磺酸营养液能显著增加免疫抑制小鼠的脾指数、胸腺指数,促进脾淋巴细胞增殖,提高抗体生成细胞数和半数溶血值,增强单核巨噬细胞的吞噬功能。结论牛磺酸营养液能够提高免疫抑制小鼠的免疫功能。Objective To investigate the effects of taurine nutrient solution on immune function of immunosuppressive mice.Methods 50 male mice were randomly divided into five groups,including normal control group,immunosuppressive model group,and three groups treated respectively with low dose,middle dose and high dose of taurine nutrient solution.The immunosuppressive mice model was constructed by intraperitoneal injection with 40mg/ kg BW cyclophosphamide for five times.The effects of different dosage of taurine nutrient solution on immune organ,cellular immunity,humoral immunity and mononuclear macrophage phagocytic function in immunosuppressive mice were observed.Results Compared with the model group,taurine nutrient solution obviously increased spleen index and thymus gland index of the immunosuppressive mice,promoted the proliferation of spleen lymphocytes,increased the numbers of antibody-producing cells and HC50,enhanced mononuclear macrophage phagocytic function.Conclusion Taurine nutrient solution can improve immunity function of immunosuppressive mice.
