摘　　要：多糖类药物的研究主要集中于免疫调节及抗肿瘤作用。近年多糖作用的受体是研究的热点,并取得了一定的进展。多糖与受体结合后激活细胞内信号转导通路,进而活化免疫细胞,促进细胞因子释放。对免疫细胞多糖受体的研究将有助于阐明其免疫调节机制。本文综述了目前免疫细胞多糖受体的研究方法。Research on polysaccharides is focused on their immunomodulatory and antitumor effects.Progress has been made in the role of the receptors of polysaccharides,which is a research focus in recent years.Binding of polysaccharides to the receptors can activate intracellular signal transduction pathway and then activate the immunocytes,and promote the release of cytokines.Research on receptors of polysaccharides will help clarify the immune regulation mechanism.The current research methods of polysaccharide receptors on immunocytes are reviewed in this paper.
