摘  要:探讨了一种快捷有效的样品预处理方法,即采用聚四氟乙烯高压罐微波消化法处理样品。通过正交试验分析得到较优的消化条件,并在此条件下做锌、铁、锰的加标回收试验,得回收率分别为97.0%、94.3%、90.6%,相对标准偏差分别为1.2%、4.1%、3.4%。另外,还做了扩展试验,与国标法对照的试验。通过试验和比较,证实该消化方法具有安全、省时、方便等优点。It is reported in this paper that a rapid and effective method for the pretreatment of plant samples by the microwave digestion technique is proposed- Under the optimum condition established, the recoveries obtained for zinc, iron and manganese in FAAS determinations are 97- 0% . 94.3% and 90. 6% , and the RSD's obtained are 1.2%, 4.1% and 3.4% respectively. The proposed method proved to be safe, convenient and rapid as compared with the national standards.
