电针足三里穴对大鼠胃电调节作用的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨电针足三里对正常大鼠胃电波的调节作用。方法将30只雄性SD大鼠随机分成足三里组、非经非穴组,正常对照组,每组10只。观察电针足三里后胃电波的变化。结果足三里组大鼠胃电波幅绝对值及放电频率高于非经非穴组及正常对照组(P<0.05);非经非穴组与正常对照组间各指标比较差异无统计学意义。足三里组胃电波促进和抑制之间比较无差异。结论电针足三里对大鼠胃电波有双向调节作用。Objective To investigate the regulation of gastric electrical wave after electroacupuncture at ST36（Tsusanli） in normal rats.Methods Thirty rats were randomly divided into Tsusanli group,non-acupoint group,and normal control group.The changes of gastric electrical wave were observed after electroacupuncture stimulus in stomach.Results The amplitude and discharge frequency of gastric wave were significantly higher in Tsusanli group than in the other two groups（P0.05）,but there was no significant difference between non-acupoint group and normal control group（P0.05）.The promotion and inhibition of gastric waves showed no significant difference in Zusanli group（P0.05）.Conclusion Electroacupuncture at ST36 has a two-way adjustment on gastric waves.
