摘 要:采用两种改性剂对MCM-22分子筛改性处理,并对其在低温、低苯烯比(摩尔比)条件下的催化性能进行评价。结果表明,在140℃、苯烯比为1.52时,改性剂A处理的MCM-22分子筛有较好的催化活性和稳定性,苯的平均转化率达44.0%,在反应100h时,催化剂活性依然很高,且其产物中的正丙苯含量维持在170μg/g以下。The MCM-22 zeolite was modified by solution A and B. The catalytic property of the modified samples on the alkylation of benzene and propylene was evaluated in the conditions of low temperature and low mole ratio of benzene and propylene. The MCM-22 catalyst, which was modified by solution A, showed high activity and stability at 140 ℃, the mole ratio of benzene and propylene in 1.52, the average conversion of benzene reached 44.0%. The high catalytic activity was still existence, the n-propylbenze content, less than 170 μg/g in the products for 100 hours.
