薄层树脂相吸光光度法测定痕量钴的研究

摘　　要：本文提出用薄层树脂相通过光度法测定痕量钴的新方法。本法 具有灵敏度高、选择性好、速度快等特点。钴离子（Ⅱ）与［４（５氯二吡啶）偶氮］１，３二氨基苯（简称 ５ Ｃ Ｌ Ｐ Ａ Ｄ Ａ Ｂ）生 成稳定的 有色配合 物，将其富集在 Ｈ＋ 型（７３２＃ ）阳离子交换树 脂上，制作成簿层直接 测定，λｍ ａ ｘ ＝ ５７１ｎ ｍ 。本法既克服 了需特制１ｍ ｍ比色皿的困 难，又提高了测 定精密度， 使推广树 脂相光度 法成为可能 。用本法实 测了天然 水中痕量 钴，检出限２．８μｇ· Ｌ－ １ ，回收率≥９８％ 。When the reaction of Co(Ⅱ) ion with 5\|CL\|PADAB,a stable complex was produced, then enrich it on a cation exchange resin (No 732).By measuring the absorbance of the thin layer cation exchange resin,the content of cobalt was determind. Spectrophotometry is at wave length 571nm.Cobalt in natural water samples were determined by this method.The detection limits and recoveries were 2.8μg·L -1 and ≥98% respectively.
