摘　　要：以安钢实际生产状况为例,从生产实际出发,重点分析了影响炉机匹配的各种因素,找到了限制性环节,在稳定生产、确保质量的前提下有针对性地进行了工艺分析,最终较好地解决了炉机匹配问题。此举可为现代连铸模式下如何解决炉机匹配问题提供借鉴与参考。Starting from the actual production of Angang,various factors influencing machine matching were analyzed and controlling steps were found.On the premise of stable production and ensured quality,the process technology was analyzed and the issue of machine matching was resolved finally.The technical optimization would supply references on how to resolve machine matching under modern continuous casting model.
