摘　　要：本文研 究了用 Ｔｒｉｔｏｎ Ｘ１００作为增 溶、增敏稳定剂，以 ５ Ｂｒ Ｐ Ａ Ｄ Ａ Ｐ 为显色 剂，用双波 长分光光 度法同时测定血清中微量铁、铜的方法。本法具有较高的灵敏度，回收率实A sensitive method for simultaneous determination of iron and copper by DW spectrophotometry with 5 Br PADAP in the presence of Triton X 100 had been established.The sensitivity is high.The results of the recovery experiment and reproducibility experiment were satisfactory.
