摘　　要：随着党在农村工作政策的变化,建设社会主义新农村的工作要求逐步加强,这就要求乡镇财政转变原来的工作方法,用科学发展观念来推进财政职能转变,充分发挥好新的职能,服务于农业、农村、农民。with the change of our Party policy about countryside work,the work to build new socialist countryside should be strengthened gradually.It requires town finance to change the original working methods,push forward the change of financial function through view of science and development and give full scope to the new function to serve the countryside.
