摘　　要：随着农村社会经济条件的变化和新农村建设的发展,新型农村社会养老保险的作用日益凸显,如何构建一个完善的农村养老保障体系意义重大。本研究以云南省昆明、开远两地农村的问卷调查数据为研究基础,对新型农村社会养老保险的现状进行调查分析,研究其中存在的主要问题,并有针对性地提出推进新农保的政策建议。With the change of rural area＇s social and economic conditions and the development of the construction of new countryside, the new-style rural endowment insurance＇s effect is increasingly prominent, so how to construct a perfect oldage security system in countryside is of great significance. This study based on the questionnaire survey in the rural area of Kunming and Kaiyuan analyses the current situation of new-type social endowment insurance system in countryside comprehensively and systematically, discussing the existing main problems. At last, the paper puts forward the policies and suggestions pertinently.
