房地产开发建设项目水土流失量预测方法研究

摘　　要：通过对房地产建设项目水土流失量适用的预测方法的研究,提出了新增水土流失量以及弃渣流失量的预测方法适用性排序。研究表明,房地产开发建设项目中新增水土流失量预测方法适用性优先顺序:土壤分类级标准法—专家经验法—类比法;在弃渣流失量预测上:专家经验法—类比法—实地测量法。Based on the study of the suitable prediction methods of soil erosion on real estate construction projects,a priority choosing order of prediction methods on extra soil erosion and waste disposal erosion is proposed.It shows that the priority choosing order of prediction methods of extra soil erosion is：soil classification and level standards method—experience method—analogical method;as for waste disposal erosion methods,the right order is：the experience of loss to disposal ratio—analogical method of loss to disposal ratio—expertise data of loss to disposal ratio.
