摘 要:目的:研究燃煤型氟中毒大鼠血清和睾丸内睾酮水平的变化。方法:以SD大鼠为研究对象,按体重均衡随机分为7组:对照组、高氟组、中氟组、低氟组、高氟加营养组、中氟加营养组、低氟加营养组。各染毒组喂饲含不同比例的燃煤型氟中毒病区煤烘玉米的饲料,复制燃煤型氟中毒动物模型。分3批(90 d,120 d,180 d)以股动脉放血法处死动物,处死动物前收集12 h尿。留取股动脉血分离血清,并留取部分睾丸组织匀浆上清液。查看氟斑牙,测尿氟,测血清和睾丸内睾酮。结果:建成氟中毒动物模型。与对照组相比,各染毒组大鼠血清和睾丸内睾酮水平均降低(P<0.01或P<0.05)。随氟剂量增加和染毒时间延长,睾酮水平降低更加明显(P<0.01)。相同染氟剂量加营养组睾酮水平较高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:(1)燃煤型氟中毒大鼠血清和睾丸组织匀浆中睾酮水平降低,随氟剂量增加和染毒时间延长,降低更加明显;(2)在中毒早期,降低摄氟量及改善营养状况,可在一定程度上改善氟中毒对大鼠睾酮水平的影响。Objective:To study the changes of testosterone levels in serum and testis of rats with coal-burning caused fluorosis.Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into 7 groups: control group,fluoride treated groups(with low,moderate,high doses of fluoride) and fluoride treatment plus nutrition supplement groups(with low,moderate,high doses of fluoride).Rats in each exposed group were fed with fodder containing different proportions of corn dried by burning coal from fluorosis endemic areas to establish coal-burning fluorosis model.Rats were divided into three batches to be killed on the 90^th,120^th,and 180^th days of experiment respectively by femoral arterial exsanguination,and 12-hour urine was collected before execution.Serum specimens separated from femoral artery blood and supernate of homogenated testis were retained.Dental fluorosis and fluorine content in urine were examined and the testosterone levels in serum and testicle were detected.Results: The fluorosis model was successfully established.Compared with control group,serum and testicular testosterone levels decreased in all of exposed groups(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05).With the increase of fluoride dose and prolongation of exposure time,serum and testicular testosterone levels decreased more apparently(P〈0.01).The groups treated by the same fluoride dose but received nutrition had higher testosterone levels(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05).Conclusions:(1)Testosterone levels in serum and testis decrease in rats with coal-burning fluorosis,and the testosterone levels reduce more apparently when the fluoride dose getting higher and exposure time getting longer;(2) In early stage of fluorosis,reduction of fluoride intake and addition of nutrition supplement could lessen the impact on testosterone levels to some degree.
