负压封闭引流联合生肌橡皮膏在足背部大面积软组织缺损修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨负压封闭引流(VSD)联合生肌橡皮膏在足背部大面积软组织缺损修复中的应用价值。方法采用VSD联合生肌橡皮膏治疗足背部大面积软组织缺损16例。结果患者均获随访,时间1～6个月。13例仅使用1次VSD材料,3例使用2次。生肌橡皮膏换药3 d后见创面肉芽组织生长,周缘表皮向中心爬行生长,2周后创面缩小约一半,创面愈合时间3～6周。无骨髓炎、肌腱坏死发生。结论 VSD联合生肌橡皮膏治疗足背部软组织大面积缺损很好地促进创面愈合,避免了皮瓣移植及植皮手术。Objective To explore the treatment of massive soft tissue defect of foot by vacuum sealing drainage（VSD） combined with shengji xiangpi paste. Methods 16 cases of massive soft tissue defect of foot were treated by VSD combined with shengji xiangpi paste. Results All of the patients were followed up for 1 - 6 months. 13 patients were only treated by VSD once,and 3 patients were treated by VSD twice. The grauuloma of wound surface grew fresh treated hy shengji xiangpi paste after three days,and two weeks later,the traumatic wound reduced the half. The healing of traumatic wound ranged from three to six weeks. No infection or osteomyelitis occurred. Conclusions Vacuum sealing drainage combined with shengji xangpi paste in the treatment of soft tissue defect of foot ean accelerate the healing of traumatic wound and avoid transplantation of skin flap.
