摘  要:目的:了解SD大鼠食管体部与食管胃连接部肌细胞的分布特点,并试图阐明食管胃连接部功能产生的机制.方法: 选取成年SD大鼠的食管体部及食管胃连接部标本切片,H-E染色和肌球蛋白重链Ⅱ(MHC-Ⅱ)、α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)免疫组织化学显色,观察肌细胞的种类及分布特点.结果: 食管胃连接部内层环形肌明显增厚,以前壁增厚最为显著;食管体部与食管胃连接部均表达MHC-Ⅱ细胞,食管胃连接部后壁环行肌内仅有少量α-SMA表达;贲门近胃底侧有一带状分布的MHC-Ⅱ阳性纵行肌细胞.结论: 胃和食管的肌层在食管胃连接部有一重叠区,食管下括约肌是构成食管胃连接部高压区的主要因素之一,其中增厚的前壁环行肌的作用可能更为重要.Objective: To study the distribution characteristics of the esophageal body and the esophagogastric junction of the SD rats, and to investigate the function of the esophagogastric junction. Methods: A total of 10 adult SD rats were used in this study. The esophageal body and the esophagogastric junction were collected from each rat. The specimens were exam- ined with histology and immunohistochemistry techniques using anti-MHC-Ⅱ and anti-α-SMA antibodies. Results: Obvious thickened circular muscle was found in the esophagogastric junction. The thickening was asymmetric and was more prominent in the anterior wall of the esophagogastric junction. MHC-Ⅱ positive cells were found everywhere in the muscular layer of the esophageal body and the esophagogastric junction, and some α-SMA positive cells were found in circular muscle of the posterior wall of the esophagogastric junction. A longitudinal muscle strip of MHC- Ⅱ positive cells was found in cardia near to the fundus of the stomach. Conclusion: There is an overlap in the muscular layer of the esophagogastric junction between the stomach and the esophagus. Inferior esophageal sphincter is one of the main factors of high pressure zone formation in the esophagogastric junction, and the thickened circular muscle in the anterior wall of the esophagogastric junction may be more important .for high pressure zone formation.
