Phase Relation and Formation Mechanism of the Ternary System Sn_(1-x-y)Mn_xSb_yO_2 Solid Solution

摘  要:本文采用化学共沉淀法制备一系列配比的三元Sn1-x-yMnxSbyO2(y=0.05)固溶体,利用XRD、TG-DTA等分析了在600-1000℃退火温度下的固溶体物相组成,并根据分析结果绘制了该固溶体在固相线下的相图,进而探讨了Sn1-x-yMnxSbyO2(y=0.05)固溶体的形成机制。结果表明:在600-1000℃退火温度下,Sn0.9Mn0.05Sb0.05O2固溶体只存在四方金红石相的SnO2物相,锑和锰主要以Sb5+、Mn3+、Mn4+的形式进入SnO2晶格形成有限固溶体;Sn0.7Mn0.25Sb0.05O2和Sn0.6Mn0.35Sb0.05O2固溶体在700℃、800℃出现了立方相方铁锰矿型Mn2O3,1000℃出现了四方相黑锰矿型Mn3O4,Sn0.6Mn0.35Sb0.05O2固溶体在1000℃时还出现Sb3+Sb5+O4物相;固相线下Sn1-x-yMnxSbyO2(y=0.05)固溶体相图包括六个区域,其中富含锡的(Sn,Mn,Sb)O2ss区域是唯一的单相区,锰和锑主要分别以Mn2O3和Sb2O5的形式溶入SnO2晶格中,并达到饱和。(Sn,Mn,Sb)O2ss固溶体氧化物可作为良好导电性和耐腐蚀性的阳极中间层材料。The ternary system Sn1-x-yMnxSbyO2(y=0.05) solid solutions were prepared by chemical coprecipitation method.The phase compositions of these type solid solutions during 600-1000 ℃were analyzed using XRD and TG-DTA.The subsolidus phase diagram of Sn1-x-yMnxSbyO2(y=0.05) solid solutions was obtained by the results of XRD and TG-DTA analysis.The formation mechanism of Sn1-x-yMnxSbyO2(y=0.05) solid solutions was emphatically investigated.The results showed that there is only quartet SnO2 rutile phase existence in the Sn0.9Mn0.05Sb0.05O2 solid solution during 600-1000 ℃ annealing temperatures,Sb and Mn are mainly in the form of Sb5+、Mn3+ and Mn4+ entering the SnO2 lattice to form a limited solid solution.There are cubic bixbyite Mn2O3 phase existence in the Sn0.7Mn0.25Sb0.05O2 and Sn0.6Mn0.35Sb0.05O2 solid solution at 700 ℃ and 800 ℃,Mn3O4 phase existence at 1000 ℃,respectively.Besides,there are Sb3+Sb5+O4 phase existence in the Sn0.6Mn0.35Sb0.05O2 solid solution at 1000 ℃.The solidus phase diagram of Sn1-x-yMnxSbyO2(y=0.05) solid solutions contain six regions.The quartet SnO2 single-phase zone is(Sn,Mn,Sb)O2ss solid solution(Sb or Mn are in the form of Mn2O3 and Sb2O5 incorporated into the SnO2 lattice and reached saturation) which could be used as a good electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance of the anode materials,mesosphere.
