摘  要:对雷公藤(Tripterygium wilfordii)角斑病病原福木假尾孢菌(Pseudocercospra elaeodendri)的生物学特性及侵入方式研究表明,该菌菌丝生长最适温度27-29℃,以胡萝卜培养基生长最好,pH值4.5-9.0适合生长.产孢最适温度31℃,最适pH值为6,燕麦培养基最适产孢.孢子萌发最适温度31℃,最适pH值为3,雷公藤汁液及暗培养条件对孢子萌发有促进作用,且萌发需要一定的湿度.扫描电镜结果显示,接种24 h时萌发芽管直接从背面气孔侵入雷公藤叶片.Pseudocercospra elaeodendri is the causal agent of angular leaf spot of Tripterygium wilfordii.Study on the biological characteristics and infection process of P.elaeodendri showed that the best conditions for hyphae growing were carrot medium with pH value at 4.5-9,under the cultured temperature at 27-29 ℃.In fifteen artifical cultures,malt medium was the optimal medium for spore production and the best sporulation pH value is 6.Temperature maintained at 31 ℃ was suitable for spore germination and production.pH value at 3 was best for spore germination.Dark condition,high humidity and leaf juice also contributed to spore germination.After 24 h inoculating,germ tubes of conidia emerged to the stoma directly,according to the result of scanning electron microscope(SEM).
