摘　　要：超长短信(CSMS)是一种扩展的短信通讯技术,可发挥CSMS信息容量大的特点,构建高校安全教育系统.本课题在GSMMODEM硬件基础上,应用了AT指令开发方法,实现了CSMS发送及接收.该系统能够主动搜索GSM MODEM响应新短信的最优模式,提高了CSMS收发效率.实践表明,GSM MODEM的CSMS技术在安全教育中的应用效果优于网关短信技术.Long short message service（CSMS） is an extension of SMS communication technology.The characteristics of the large information capacity of CSMS can be used for college safety education system.With the AT commands based on GSM MODEM,CSMS sending and receiving were realized.The system can actively search the GSM MODEM to response new SMS,which enhanced the transceiver efficiency of CSMS.The results showed that the effect of safety education system was good.
