摘 要:现场总线的应用是数控系统发展的必然趋势。为满足数控系统的高可靠通信需求,在分析数控系统加工精度与可靠通信关系的基础上,设计一种现场总线可靠通信机制。针对该机制,建立数控系统通信可靠性评价的指标,提出以无故障通信时间来衡量现场总线通信的可靠程度;通过概率统计方法,对该机制的可靠性进行数学分析,得出现场总线通信可靠性与通信站数目及最大重发次数的关系,并分析各自的影响程度;通过仿真试验,验证理论分析结果的正确性,同时将该可靠通信机制应用到数控系统现场总线中,通过实际电磁干扰测试,证明该机制的有效性。该理论研究和试验结果,对数控系统通信的可靠性设计和分析具有重要的指导作用。Field-bus application is an inevitable development trend of numerical control(NC) system.In order to meet the NC system's high demand for reliable communication,based on the analysis of relationship between machining accuracy of NC system and reliable communication,a reliable communication mechanism of field-bus is designed.For this mechanism,an evaluation indicator for the communication reliability of NC system is established,and it is proposed that the fault-free communication time is used to measure the reliability of field-bus communication.Then by using the probability statistics method,mathematical analysis of the mechanism reliability is carried out,and the relation between the field-bus communication reliability and the number of communication stations and the maximum times of retransmissions is obtained,and their respective influence degree is analyzed.Simulation experiments verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis results,and the effectiveness of reliable communication mechanism applied to NC system is proved through the actual electromagnetic interference testing.The theoretical study and experimental result have important guiding role in reliability design and analysis of NC system communication.
