摘 要:应用塑性理论研究造纸机中理想弹塑性材料带闷头空心辊结构(旋转双重过盈配合轴对称结构)弹塑性装配应力的计算问题,考虑离心力(设计车速)的影响,基于等强度设计思想推得理论解。解答包括辊筒与闷头中各应力分量与空心辊设计参数关系的一般表达式,以及弹塑性设计车速的计算公式。算例给出铸钢辊结构参数匹配关系图,以及具有某结构参数的铸钢辊在弹塑性状态下的应力分布图;进一步的计算结果表明,当轴头直径与辊筒外径之比固定时,辊筒内外径之比对辊筒与闷头中各应力分量最大值的影响不大。解析结果可作为理想弹塑性材料旋转双重过盈配合结构弹塑性设计的量化依据。The elastoplastic assembly stresses in elastic-perfectly plastic hollow roll with axle sleeve(a kind of structure with double-interference-fit construction) of the paper machine are studied by using the plasticity theory.Considering the influence of centrifugal force of inertia(design speed),the analytical solutions based on the concept of equal-strength design are obtained.The solutions include the general expressions of relationships between stresses and design parameters as well as the general formula for calculating the elastic-plastic design speed.The example gives the matched parameters diagram of a cast steel roll.The elastic-plastic stress distribution curves for certain structural parameters are also given.The further calculation results show that the maximum stresses in the roll body and the axle sleeve are nearly independent of the ratio of inner to outer diameter of the roll body for fixed ratio of axle journal diameter to outer diameter of the roll body.The present analytical solutions are expected to be useful in the elastic-plastic design of a rotating elastic-perfectly plastic component with double-interference-fit construction.
