γ-干扰素试验和皮试变态反应对检测奶牛结核病的比较

摘　　要：目的评价γ-干扰素试验、单纯颈部皮试变态反应和比较皮试变态反应检测在牛结核病检疫过程中的效果。方法在牛结核病检疫过程中,953头奶牛同时进行γ-干扰素试验和单纯颈部皮试变态反应检测,其中的190头奶牛进行了比较变态反应试验。结果在同步进行γ-干扰素试验和单纯颈部皮试变态反应检测的953头奶牛中,两者的阳性符合数为147头,阳性符合率为63.8%(294/461),两者的阴性符合数为639头,阴性符合率为88.4%(1 278/1 445);在进行比较皮试变态反应的190头奶牛中,γ-干扰素试验与比较皮试变态反应的阳性符合数为3头,阳性符合率为75%(6/8),阴性符合数为185头,阴性符合率为99.5%(370/372);单纯颈部皮试变态反应与比较皮试变态反应的阳性符合数为4头,阳性符合率为72.7%(8/11),阴性符合数为183头,阴性符合率为99.2%(366/369)。结论单纯颈部皮试变态反应有较高的检出率;同单纯颈部皮试变态反应相比,比较皮试变态反应有较好的特异性;γ-干扰素试验在保持较高灵敏度的同时,具有较好的特异性。The interferon-γ（IFN-γ） assay was compared with the tuberculin skin test in cattle for detection of bovine tuberculosis.There were 953 cattle which were tested with the IFN-γ assay and the single cervical test（SCT） simultaneously,and 190 of them were also tested with the comparative cervical test（CCT）.In these 953 cattle tested both with the IFN-γ assay and SCT,147 cattle were proved to be positive in both tests with a coincidence rate of 63.8%（294/461）,and 639 cattle were negative in both tests with a coincidence rate of 88.4%（1278/1445）.Among them 190 cattle also tested with CCT,3 cattle were proved to be positive in both the IFN-γ assay and CCT with a coincidence rate of 75%（6/8）,and 185 cattle were negative in both test with a coincidence rate of 99.5%（370/372）.Furthermore,4 cattle were proved to be positive in both SCT and CCT with a coincidence rate of 72.7%（8/11）,183 cattle were negative in both tests with a coincidence rate of 99.2%（366/369）.It was obvious that SCT had high positive reactions,but in low specificity.CCT had high specificity versus SCT and the IFN-γ assay had both high sensitivity and specificity.
