摘 要:目的分析清远市钩端螺旋体病人群及宿主动物钩体血清抗体水平和菌群更迭情况。方法对1992~2009年清远市钩端螺旋体病血清学进行监测:采用钩体MAT法检测健康人、疑似病人、鼠、鸭和犬类动物,以及重要疫点的调查资料汇总进行流行病学分析。结果健康人群钩体血清抗体阳性率为24.32%;宿主动物的钩体血清抗体阳性率:鼠22.53%,鸭5.50%,犬12.15%。通过两个时期观察比较,发现近年人群和宿主动物(鼠、犬)感染的钩体血清群均转为秋季热群为优势群;鸭感染钩体优势群为七日热群。结论我市人群和主要宿主动物的钩体血清抗体维持在较高水平,推测近年人群和宿主动物感染的钩体血清群可能发生更迭,我市钩体病流行的优势群为秋季热群。在鸭和犬血清中分别鉴定出(鸭8种、犬6种)钩体血清群。To investigate the anti-leptospira antibodies and the flora changes of human beings and host animals with leptospirosis in Qingyuan,serological surveillance of Leptospirosis were carried out in Qingyuan from 1992 to 2009,which included the using of MAT method to detect anti-leptospira antibodies from serum samples of healthy people,suspect patients,mice,duck and dog,and the epidemic data of important infectious foci were analyzed by descriptive epidemiology method.The positive rate of anti-leptospira antibody of healthy people was 24.32%.The positive rates of anti-leptospira antibody of host animals such as mice,ducks and dogs were 22.53%,5.50% and 12.15%,respectively.Through the comparison of two periods,we found that the main dominant serotype was changed into Autumnalis in human beings and animals,which changed into Hebdomadis in ducks.The anti-leptospira antibodies of human beings and main host animals kept in a high level,the serology of Leptospira infection had changed in recent years,and the dominant serotype of Leptospira were Autumnalis in Qingyuan.Serology of Leptospira were identified which 8 species from ducks and 6 species from dogs.
