强脉冲光治疗面颈部毛囊性红斑黑变病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察强脉冲光治疗面颈部毛囊性红斑黑变病的临床疗效。方法采用560nm强脉冲光对11例面颈部毛囊性红斑黑变病患者进行治疗。560nm强脉冲光能量密度20～27J/cm2;治疗1～8次,每间隔4周治疗1次,于治疗结束后第4周时复诊并判定疗效。结果基愈2例,显效5例,好转3例,无效1例,有效率63.64%。治疗后出现暂时性轻度色素沉着1例,均无瘢痕形成。结论强脉冲光治疗面颈部毛囊性红斑黑变病疗效确切,安全性高,损伤小。Objective To observe the efficacy and side effects of Intense Pulsed Light （IPL） in the treatment of Erythromelanosis Follicularis Faciei et Colli. Methods Eleven cases of Erythromelanosis Follicularis Faciei et Colli were treated with IPL. The IPL wave length was 560nm,energy density ranged from 20 to 27J/cm^2. Eleven patients were treated 1 to 8 times ,with 4 weeks intervals. The therapeutic effect and side effects was observed 4 weeks later after treatment. Results Two cases gained complete healing,5 cases gained marked effect,3 cases gained effective therapy, 1 case was ineffective, and the efficiency was 63.64%. Among of them 1 case appeared pigmented disorder temporarily after treatment and no scar formed. Conclusions The IPL has been proven to be effective,safe and reliable in treatment of Erythromelanosis Follicularis Faciei et Colli.
