坏疽性脓皮病并发溃疡性结肠炎1例

摘　　要：患者女,43岁。14年前患者不明原因出现腹痛、腹泻及排脓血便,7～8次/d,肠镜确诊为溃疡性结肠炎,糖皮质激素和柳氮磺胺嘧啶治疗有效。半月前右下肢出现红斑,表面有脓头,红斑逐渐扩大、脓头破溃,伴疼痛,上覆有脓性分泌物,有恶臭味。溃烂物组织病理示坏疽性脓皮病。予激素等对症支持治疗后皮损明显好转。The patient,a 43-year-old female, was swffered from a unexplained abdominal pain, diarrhea, mucus blood and pus 7 to 8 times a day for fourteen years. She was diagnosed as ulcerative colitis by eolonoseopy, corticosteroids and sulfasalazine trealment was effective. Haft months ago, there was erythema and pus occurred on her right lower limb, then erythema gvadually expanded and pus ulceration. She reeled pain and there was purulent secretions covering the lesions with a bad smell. Histopathology showed ulcers Pyoderma gangrenosum. A combination of glueoeorticosternid and other support therapy showed a better effect.
