卡维地洛治疗轻中度高血压病随机对照试验

摘　　要：目的：评价国产卡维地洛治疗轻中度高血压病的有效性及安全性。方法：选择５３例Ⅰ或Ⅱ期轻中度高血压病患者，按随机分层平行对照及双盲原则分为０１组（２６例）和０２组（２７例），分别观察国产卡维地洛和阿替洛尔降压疗效、不良反应及对血脂的影响。计量资料和计数资料分别应用ｔ检验及ｘ＾２检验，等级资料采用Ｒｉｄｉｔ检验。结果“卡维地洛和阿替洛尔降压 效率分别为８４．６％和７４．１％，卡维地洛对血脂无不良影响。To evaluate the antihyprtensive efficacy and safety of a-(1) receptor and β receptor blocking agent carvedilol, 53 cases of mild to moderate hypertension in phase I or I were divided into group 1 (n = 26) and group 2 (n = 27) by stratified random and parallel control design and double-blind method. The therapeutic effects of produced carvedilol and atenlol were observed. The total effective rates were 84.6% and 74.1 % , respectively. Carvedilol had adverse effects on serum lipids and side-effect were low, suggesting that domestically produced carvedilol was an ideal drug in treatment of mild to moderate hypertension. Our study showed that recommended dose for clinical use is 10-20mg/d.
