摘 要:目的:了解大肠埃希菌的耐药特点,探讨耐药性产生的原因.方法:常规细菌培养、分离,采用VITEK-AMS进行鉴定和药敏试验.结果:205株大肠埃希菌从尿中分离出92株(44.88%).对头孢类的耐药率为5.6%~76.32%对合成青霉素类为60%~87.23%;在12种抗生素中,对5种以上耐药的菌株有140株;耐环丙沙星83株,并且至少耐4种药物.结论:大肠埃希菌为泌尿系统感染的首位细菌,临床应重视它的多重耐药性.In order to investigate the resistance pattern of E. coli, The bacteria were cultured andseparated by using regular bacterial techniques and subjected to VTTEK-AMS identification and drug resistance test. 92 strains out the 205 strains (44.88%) were identified from urine. The rate of drug resistance rate to cephalosporines was 5.6%~76.32% and the rate of drug resistance to synthesized penicillins was 60%~87.23/%. 140 strains were resistant to more than 5 antibiotics out the 12 antibiotics tested. 83 strains were resistant to ciprofloxaxin and at least other 4 drugs. It is conculuded that E. Coli is the commonest bac teria causing the infection of urinary system and clinically attention shall be paid to its multiple resistance to antibiotics.
