摘　　要：在后金融危机时代,企业信息的高效提取和处理对企业发展的重要性日益明显,国内大中型企业对商务智能的研究应用日益重视。从职能上看,BI(Business Intelligence)在客户关系管理、人力资源管理和企业绩效管理等方面有重要应用。建立BI系统因为其初期需求不明确、投资规模大等特点,实施起来比较困难。未来商务智能将朝绿色计算、社交网络、数据可视化、移动设备、预测分析和嵌入式商务智能方向发展。In the later period of economic crisis,the extracting and processing information efficiently have great importance to the development of the enterprise,and this become more and more obvious as time going on.From the functional point of view,business intelligence has important applications in customer relationship management,human resources management and enterprise performance management.Because of its unclear initial demand,large-scale investment and other characteristics,the establishment of the BI system is more difficult to implement.The business intelligence will be developed towards the direction of green calculation,social networking,data visualization,mobile devices,forecast analysis and embedded business intelligence.
