摘　　要：在Viner理论的基础上发展起来的传统区域经济一体化理论,由于研究焦点主要集中在经济收益和封闭的经济一体化组织,因而对APEC实践的解释力不足。本文以新区域主义的核心理论为基础,从全新的视角深入分析了APEC合作模式的独特性和合作内容的创新性,尝试为APEC合作提供适用的理论基础。Because the traditional theories of regional economic integration,which based on Viner theory,focused on the research of economic gains and closed economic integration organizations,they lack explanatory power for the APEC practice.This paper gives in-depth analysis of the distinctive cooperation approach and innovative cooperation contents of APEC from the new perspective of new regionalism.In other words,it＇s an attempt to provide the appropriate theoretical basis for APEC cooperation.
