冶金用离心除尘风机的开发研究

摘　　要：针对现有5-60和6-45离心除尘风机存在的问题,提出了改进方案,并开发了5-X系列离心除尘风机。通过对这3个系列的风机内部流场和气动性能进行对比分析,结果表明:新开发的5-X系列风机结构合理,气动性能较好,运行效率较高,解决了现有5-60和6-45风机的缺陷。An improved scheme was put forward and 5-X series of centrifugal dedusting fans were developed to the existent problems of 5-60 and 6-45 series of centrifugal dedusting fans.The flow field and aerodynamic performance of the three series of centrifugal dedusting fans were compared and analyzed.The results show that the newly developed 5-X series of centrifugal dedusting fans have high aerodynamic performance and reasonably structure and overcome the weak points of the 5-60 and 6-45 series of centrifugal dedusting fans.
