摘 要:目的:结合临床实践,分析新型椎弓根固定器的设计特点和复位作用。方法:本组治疗胸腰椎骨折18 例, 男12 例,女6 例,年龄18 ~52 岁,平均34 岁,随访时间8 ~19 月,平均11 2 月。结果:压缩椎体高度由术前的518 % 恢复到术后的923 % , 后凸角由术前226°矫正至术后48°。5 例径 C T测量椎管矢状径由术前7 m m 改善术后12 m m 。结论:新型椎弓根固定器具有操作简便。复位满意,椎管间接减压和固定坚强,有效地解决了原有椎弓根内植物存在的问题。Aim:The design features and reduction efficaty of a new pedicle screw fixator were analyzed according to clinical practice.Methods:This instrument was used in 18 patients with thoracolumbar fractures.Of these patients there were 12 males and 6 females.The ages of the patients ranged from 18 to 52 years (an average of 34 years).All were followed up for 8 to 19 months,with an average of 11.2 months.Results:Height of compressed vertebral bodies were restored from 51.8% to 92.3% of the normal height.Kyphotic deformity was corrected from 22.6° preopratively to 4.8° postoperatively. CT evaluation showed that sagittal diameter of vertebral canal was restored from 7mm preoperatively to 12mm postoperatively in 5 patients.Conclusions:New pedicle screw fixator possessed the advantages of simpler manipulation, good reduction, indirect spinal decompression and rigid fixation.Several problems about the pedicle screw implant were solved.
