摘　　要：本文在和谐社会建构的背景下,着重分析传媒改革路径:从市场到超越市场,传媒外在环境的改革;建构多元媒介格局以改变市场化媒介的主导地位;重构新闻从业人员的专业主义,提高传播能力;内外结合,深化编营制度改革,从而推进传媒转型中和谐社会的建构。This paper focuses on the major solutions to the issues related to harmonious society construction and offers feasibilities for media reform including the following aspects: reforming the external environment of media from the market and beyond the market;constructing a multi-medium pattern to change the dominant position of the market-oriented media;and reconstructing the professionalism of Chinese media to improve communication ability connecting interior with exterior,deepen the editing and marketing of converged media institutional reform,thus promote media transformation in the construction of harmonious society.
