开放经济下我国技术创新能力的影响因素研究——基于我国30省际面板数据的实证分析

摘　　要：技术创新是经济与贸易内生型增长的核心环节。本文运用面板数据对我国30省及东部、中部、西部地区的技术创新能力及其影响因素进行分析,结果发现市场开放程度、从事科学研究的人数和经费投入对技术创新能力都有正向影响,只不过影响程度有所不同。增强我国技术创新能力必须从深化改革开放和加快科技人才培养、加大科研经费投入和科研成果转化等环节上下功夫。Technological innovation is the core link of our endogenous economic and trade growth. This paper empirically analyzes our 30 provinces＇ , the eastern, the central, and the western regions＇ technological innovation using the panel data. The result shows that the market opening degree and the number of personnel engaged in scientific research and funding all have different positive in- fluence on the technological innovation. To enhance our technological innovation ability, we should deepen reform and openness, cultivate more scientific and technological talents, input more scientific research funding and put more scientific research achievements into practice.
