护士长心理健康状况的调查

摘　　要：目的了解护士长心理健康状况，为提高在职护士长心理健康水平提供科学依据。②方法采用症状自评量表（ＳＣＬ－９０），对山东和江西两省的１３家医院３５０名在职护士长进行心理健康调查。③结果３５０名护士长ＳＣＬ－９０中阳性项目数（３３．４８±１８．４０）和躯体化因子分（１．５２±０．４１）、强迫因子分（１．７０±０．４４）、恐怖因子分（１．３４±０．３９）、精神病性因子分（１．３７±０．３７）均显著高于中国常模（ｔ＝２．１１～７．７４，Ｐ＜０．０５，０．０１）。而人际关系（１．６２±０．４５）、抑郁（１．５０±０．４１）、焦虑（１．４０±０．３５）、敌对（１．４９±０．４２）和偏执（１．４５±０．４０）等因子分与中国常模比较差异均无显著性（ｔ＝０～１．７０，Ｐ＞０．０５）。④结论护士长的心理障碍主要表现为躯体化、强迫、恐怖、精神病性等方面。Objective\ To investigate the psychological health status of head nurses and to provid the scientific data for enhancing the psychological health level of head nurses.\ Methods\ By using the symptom check scal list 90(SCL 90), 350 head nurses of 13 hospitals in Shandong and Jiangxi provinces were investegated.\ Results\ The SCL 90 results showed that the number of postive item, the four factor scores of somatization, obessionait, photic anxiety and psychoticim in the head nurses were significantly higher than those of the Chinese norms ( t=2.11-7.74, P <0.05,0.01). The personal relationship, depression, anxiety, hostility and paranoid showed no significant differences between the head nurses and Chinese norms ( t=0-1.70,P >0.05). Conclusion\ The psychological disorders of the head nurses were mainly shown in factors of somatization, obessionait, photic anxiety and psychoticim.
