摘　　要：孙中山先生的宪法思想是在三民主义思想基础上发展而来的,这种思想给后人留下了十分宝贵的思想财富。本文拟对先生的"五权宪法"思想进行研究,并力图从法理的角度思考今天的法治建设。谨以此文纪念辛亥革命一百周年。Sun Yat-sen＇s constitutional thought is evolved from his theory of Three Principles of the People,which leaves later generations a wealth of valuable ideas.This article aims to make a study of Sun Yat-sen＇s thought on ＂five-power constitution＂,with a view to throwing some light on the current rule of law and,at the same time,commemorating the centenary of the Xinhai Revolution.
