摘　　要：从我国构建和谐社会的现实背景出发,结合法律理论发展的国际趋势以及人们对司法的实际需求,分析我国司法工作中的几个热点问题,如规范法官自由裁量权、合理行使法律解释权、司法如何反映社会需求以及司法的理性化监督等,探讨如何实现良好的司法社会效果。Under the circumstances of China＇s developing a harmonious society and with reference to legal theories and international practice this paper studies some hot issues in China＇s justice,for instance,the judges＇ right of free decision and the rational use of legal interpretation rights.
