摘  要:目的考察黄芩提取物(SBG)含药血清对硝普钠引起大鼠皮层神经元刺激的保护作用。方法将黄芩提取物灌胃(大鼠)给药后,在0.5~6 h内眼眶取血,分离血清,硝普钠刺激造模成功后,将血清加入至大鼠皮层神经元培养液内,培养24 h后,检测培养液内一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的含量。结果不同时间黄芩提取物的含药血清,在不影响细胞存活率的情况下,可以不同程度的降低硝普钠刺激后大鼠皮层神经元一氧化氮及丙二醛的含量;并不同程度的增加硝普钠刺激后大鼠皮层神经元超氧化物歧化酶的含量。结论黄芩提取物的含药血清对硝普钠引起的大鼠皮层神经元刺激具有一定的保护作用。Objective To investigate the protective effects of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi(SBG) in serum on the sodium nitroprusside-stimulated rat cortical neurons.Method Rats were dosed from gastric lavage,blood was taken from eyes within 0.5-6 h,serum was separated,then,serum was joined in sodium nitroprusside-stimulated rat cortical neurons within cultures,24 h later,the content of nitric oxide(NO),hepatic malondialchehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in the cultures were examined.Result The results showed that the containing-serum markedly decreased the content of NO and MDA in the sodium nitroprusside-stimulated rat cortical neurons and remarkably increased the content of SOD in the sodium nitroprusside-stimulated rat cortical neurons without affecting cell survival.Conclusion These results indicated that the containing-serum possesses protective effects on sodium nitroprusside-stimulated rat cortical neurous.
