摘　　要：针对我国广大农村民居的特点,对于既有建筑及新建建筑,可采用在房屋的基础顶面放置一种新型的钢筋-沥青复合隔震墩,该隔震墩有效的减震效果、低廉的造价和简易的施工方法适宜在广大村镇新建建筑及既有建筑加固中推广使用。In view of the characteristics of the rural residential buildings,a new type of steel bar-asphalt composite seismic isolation pier can be set on the surface of foundation for both existing buildings and new construction buildings.The seismic isolation pier with effective seismic isolation,low cost and simple construction method are both suitable for the new houses and reinforcement of existing buildings in rural areas.
