摘 要:以富集聚磷菌的活性污泥为基础,研究了不同进水氨氮浓度对强化生物除磷(EBPR)系统的除磷效果、微生物胞内聚合物(PHA)代谢过程及微生物群落结构的影响.结果表明,SBR反应器运行6d后,进水氨氮浓度为1、5、10、15和20mg·L-1的系统除磷效率最终分别稳定在0、4%、80%、98%和65%左右.试验前后各系统微生物群落结构发生明显改变,其相似性均低于60%.进水氨氮浓度为1mg·L-1的系统中,过低的氨氮浓度明显不能满足各类微生物的生长需求,使得系统PHA代谢受阻,PHA合成消耗量显著降低;进水氨氮浓度为5和10mg·L-1的系统中,聚糖菌Candidatus Competibacter phosphatis得到一定程度的增长,额外增加了系统PHA合成消耗量;进水氨氮浓度为15和20mg·L-1的系统中,占优势的聚磷菌主要为Acinetobacter sp.(不动杆菌属),但20mg·L-1的进水氨氮浓度对聚磷菌好氧消耗PHA过程有一定的抑制作用.因此,污泥浓度稳定在2500mg·L-1时,EBPR系统运行的最佳进水氨氮浓度为15mg·L-1.Based on enriched cultures of polyphosphate accumulating organisms (PAOs),the effects of influent ammonia concentration on phosphorus removal,PHA (poly-β-hydroxyalkanoate) metabolism and microbial diversity in an enhanced biological phosphorus removal (EBPR) system were investigated.After operation for 6 d,the phosphorus removal efficiency showed significant differences among the treatments.In the treatments with 1,5,10,15 and 20 mg·L-1 influent ammonia concentrations,phosphorus removals were 0,4%,80%,98% and 65%,respectively.Remarkable variation of the microbial community was observed in all treatments,with Dice coefficients less than 60%.Extremely low ammonia concentration could not support microbial growth and proliferation,which also led to less production and consumption of PHA.Candidatus Competibacter phosphatis proliferated under 5 and 10 mg·L-1 influent ammonia concentrations,resulting in extra production and consumption of PHA.Acinetobacter sp.was recognized as the primary PAO in the 15 and 20 mg·L-1 influent ammonia concentration treatments.Aerobic PHA consumption by PAOs was reduced in the treatment with 20 mg·L-1 influent ammonia.Accordingly,the best operation concentration of influent ammonia should be 15 mg·L-1 in the EBPR system with 2500 mg·L-1 MLSS (mixed liquor suspended solids).
